Aeron Herefords

SAC Premium Cattle Health Scheme Member – Soil Association Organic farm – Visitors always welcome,


The Aeron herd of Traditional Hereford cattle was established in 2005 on our 100 acre farm over-looking the Aeron valley, west Wales. All our stock are reared organically to Soil Association organic standards.  We love the traditional Hereford for its docility, ease of calving, hardiness and superb beef.  The Traditional Hereford’s thrive on our organic, extensive, wildlife friendly farm system.


We have cows with Llandinabo, Springhill and Shefford breeding with females from the Curly, Model, Regina, Venus, Countess, Gaymaid and Julia families.


Our current stock bull is Albany Sorbo bred by FW Cook and Sons, Cambridge. We also have ‘Aeron Glyn’, a young homebred bull who looks like a nice prospect for the future.
